I was given an ENORMOUS pumpkin for halloween this year ... so I've been looking up recipes as I'm determined not to waste any! This recipe is from my Abel and Cole organic box newsletter. They have lots more pumpkin recipes on their fab website, too...

A fellow member of the UK Herbarium Webring, Earth and Tree is a really charming and gentle blog full of interesting information on a substantial range of trees and plants. It somehow makes me yearn for a walk in the local woods in springtime.
