Ecogrl Cooks Vegetarian - Mostly Vegan Recipes from Suzi's Green Kitchen

http://www.suziskitchen.blogspot.com/

I'm a herbivore who loves to cook (and eat!!). My mission is to share modern vegetarian cuisine with my fellow foodies and to dispel the myth that vegetarian food is just all about tofu and hummus! Veg cooking has changed so much since the 70s and 80s and even veg-heads can enjoy fast, delicious, gourmet cuisine! Enjoy!

Apologies all...I've been blog-free for far too long and it's time for me, at last, to share a yummy recipe. What's my excuse for the lack of bloggage?? Well, life happens I guess...you know, summer fun--family visits, weekends spent running around...

Looking for any excuse to use my new food processor yesterday, I decided to make some pie pastry. My husband, in a moment of extreme rhubarb-cravingness, had bought a large amount of rhubarb at the local market the other day. We also had some fres...

I love this! Common ~ for a girl like me, learning to make tofu fish sticks Rocks my world! I love food, and I am REALLY annoyed when I hear people say vegan and vegetarian food can't taste good. They say "I can't sacrifice taste for health" (I actually heard that YESTERDAY), and I tell them they don't have to. They don't believe me, but that's their issue.

I know better. Ecogrl Suzi knows better!
Awesome blog! Thanks! :)
