deannOrdered and received Smoke-51. Worked for about 5 minutes. Hate it. Cannot get to customer service. The email site provided for customer service was not an email address. I have been trying for five hours to get to these people to get a return number so I can return it as per thier directions. They also need an order #, I did not receive an order number. The customer service email site they provide hidden in their site under "info" on the smoke-51 site is not good. Wrote an email, pressed send and "NO ISP" found came up and it wouldn't send. This is a scam as far as I have found and I'll be changing my banking account in the morning. Apparently, I'm not the only one having this problem. BEWARE.
robertpriI ordered Smoke51 for the trial of $9.95. Fine, they arrived, and I followed directions perfectly. I got about 1/2 of one puff. Then nothing. Recharged, new cartridge. Maybe 3/4 of one puff, but only the tiny vapor told me so. I have called and emailed--nothing. No replies. Then my account is billed by 'smokeanywhere' for $29.95 and the next day for $89.95. Calls, emails, no replies, nothing. Worst scam I have ever seen. I now have $140 into this useless crap and no recourse. Called the bank--nothing they can do about it.
DebraBe glad you didn't get the smoke 51 product. No customer service, it cost to high and the product is not up to par. I highly recommend a web store that 4 blog groups gave me as having the best prices and the best products with outstanding customer service. barbOrdered an e cig from EZ Smoker web site. I guess I didn't read the fine print. Now I have 2 charges on my credit card from Smoke 51, one for $89.95 and another for $29.95. Don't know what they're for. I went to the smoke 51 website and sent them several emails 2 weeks ago. Do I have to cancel my credit card to stop this? What a scam!
DianaSmoke 51 processed my order on September 28th and charged my credit card for 2 get started kits.
It is now October 8 and I have heard nothing.
I even contacted them through their web site 2 times and have not gotten any reply...Customer Service rates a "0" in my book.
DeWayneSmoke 51 Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I have tried to contact them for a RAN and have put in my emails to them I want to send their product back and cancel my membership and they hit my Bank Account after recieveing notice to cancel and send me a RAN so I can return their product any company who takes your money after you notify them of cancelled service should be took to court and I will be contacting my States Atty. TODAY after I leave the Bank to stop any future Debits from this company to my account
RussI just purchased smoke-51 at a Love's truck stop. As a 55 year 2-3 pack a day smoker, this is a FANTASTIC substitute. All the pleasures without any of the negatives of coventional cigarettes!
Can anyone suggest where I can get refill cartridges at a good price. Doesn't sound from the blogs that the member number is a very convenient way to go. Are they carried in any nationwide types of stores-- I travel a lot. Or a good Internet source?

DebraI just got my trial offer of smoke-51. I tried to call the number on the members card to ask if they had menthol. the lady didn't know much about anything. Told me I should have orderd the flavor when I ordered the kit. I told her there was no way to order a flavor with the free trial offer. You just get the kit. Then she tells me the other phone is ringing and she had to go. You have to contact the RMA email address for any info? You ask questions thru a RMA cancel site?? ANyone have any info on this company??

Mike EI bought my Smoke 51 yesterday and I am really enjoying it. Besides the fact that it's a pain in the butt to charge like a cell phone, I am enjoying going from a 3-4 cigarette a day guy to zero. My wife loves it as she hates the smell of smoke; now, she doesn't even care if I smoke in bed. Well worth the investment.

Steve from NJI'm enjoying my first shipment of Smoke51 cigs. After receiving the original start up kit, with both sizes of batteries and have ordered extra atomizers and received them promptly. I'm completely satisfied with their product and am hopeful to quit smoking entirely in a few months.
Georgina OBrienI received my first order of smoke51 and was impressed until the battery stopped working. smoke51 replaced it which was good but I am still waiting for my second order I placed on January 31, 2009, it is now March 24 with emails back and forth and phone calls. I received emails stating my order was shipped when in fact upon phone calls my order was not shipped. It is now stated that it was shipped on March 10th. The customer service is horrid with them constantly changing their story. How is one to stop smoking with this product if they cannot supply it?
Tina KAbout a week ago I purchased an electronic starter kit. The sign said Smoke 51 but the carton that kit comes in is white and says White Cloud. No other logo of Smoke 51 is on any part of the kit. Are they the same? I know now after buying the kit, that the actual Smoke 51 kit, they have their logo on all the products. What's the deal.
