We watch Rachel's show and it's preety good, though we doubt the 30 minute claim as a lot of stuff is precut, premade, pre-preprepared. In any event , we are Italian and have one "gripe. Why can't Rachel pronounce some Italian food correctly if she claims to be half Italian.? Example...she always refers to "penne'" , a pasta with her accenting the last "e". She says " PE-NNE' " but the true pronounciation is "PE'NNNE" with accent on 1st "e". She is not alone..many "so called" chefs have no clue on pronouncing Italian foods and are, in effect, showing their total ignoarnce. Come on, these jokers all have aides...put those aides to work!!!
