Festiva Timeshare Owner
I just got back from spending a week at Peppertree Atlantic Beach in North Carolina. I was called to set up an appointment for an owner's meeting. I told Matt that I had been to one in the last 3-4 months and didn't think I was supposed to go back for another 12 months. I was assured that the timeframe for attending had changed and it was fine for me to attend. On thew day of the meeting I was given a courtesy call to remind me about 1 1/2 hours before the meeting. I went to the meeting at about 1:20PM. My appointment was at 1:30PM. I got in and talked with the secretary to let her know I was there for my 1:30PM appointment. I saw the head guy in the distance and he said "I remember you". I told him I had been in the last 3-4 months and he said I didn't need to attend. He also had told me I had to go through the 60 minute presentation which I was willing to do. He left for his office. He sent another worker out to get the secretary. A few minutes later she came out of the head guys office and told me I couldn't attend the meeting. I went back to my unit and emailed Don Clayton and have heard nothing from him. I can't believe how rude the head person was at the owner's meeting. Nobody seemed to know what to do with me. I think the head guy was extremely rude and had no idea what his job is. He basically was a chicken because he didn't have the guts to tell me face to face I couldn't attend the meeting. And apparently Don Clayton doesn't care either since he never called or emailed me back whils I was at Peppertree Atlantic Beach.
