Arizona CPS rapped me of my daughter. I have given them what they needed and asked them to overlook everything and they never did. Is this going to be a case as in the past where they never listen to the father and believe the other lying party. Or is CPS lying themselves just to take. Foster care takes a toll on almost all kids who must grow up in placement. One of the BIG problems with the foster care system is that the people who make the decision regarding what is "in the best interests of the child" haven't a clue what it is like to be a foster child or how to fix this broken system of care. A new book, titled Growing Up in the Care of Strangers: The Experiences, Insights and REcommendations of Eleven Former Foster Kids, counters most of the current practices and policies followed by the foster care system. would like to 2nd the thanks for getting such important info out there. We need to recognize that these same agencies we expect are watching out for our kids are not always doing the job they should be doing. Kids are being torn out of good decent loving homes, and the people who pay most, are the kids that really need the help and are not getting it because all time and resources are being spent elsewhere. Thank you for confronting this very delicate issue.

Unjustice against spanish, I like to shared my stories about my teenage son. My son been alienated by his stepmother and all his family from his father side they never like me. I went 14 listen this people call me all kind names in abused me because I was spanish she brain washer my kids mind so never like me together with my exhusband the try there best turn the kids again me other time. So in 2005 my husband runaway with my kids so don't give me option to get attorney. so ending getting custody to my son timothy I was so happy to build my relationship with my son again into his father passaway hi star comunicated with this people again in he stepmother all then stat brain washer his mind again.So he runaway to missouri he stay with his stepmother who do use drugs everyone then use drugs so he stay 7 day with then after 7 day her sister decide to take him to the police so he can make liear again us about in abused never happen he make all this liar again us because he want to live with then not only that he put my son to said ugly thing to me again now my son been removed from home because his stepmother and her sister making this child to said liar again us now I been investigated in charge with child abuse all because his stepmother games she like to play with us.My son is been place with them after I fight so hard to removed him from home because this people was using drug now they place him with my exhusband sister who is not blood related from him. what kind unjustice is that we want to help him he got drugs problem because them.I call retaliation again us.This people think they can treat people wrong, in that is what they doing I hope God one day this people pay all damages they cause us in life.

Children are our future, yet it appears they are being alienated, used, abused, discarded, maimed, exploited and even murdered all in the name of power and money! I will do whatever I can to stop the abuse of innocent children, including my own, who are being emotionally and possibly physically abused, thanks to our wonderful system! Please help me in my fight to reform CPS. They MUST be brought in line with lawful investigation practices, to maintain civil and Constitutional Rights. Stop the war against Americas families NOW! I'am dealing with cps as welll & to be honest they have done more harm to my kids than I could have ever dreamed up. I have been off drugs since 1997 & have regular CLEAN & random monthly U.A.'s plus they also have me doing 2x a week random my were taken on 12/04/07 i have mised only 2 visits in all of my visits that are as follows 4hrs. a week & as a month ago they are now 6hrs a week .cps has moved my kids on 2 seperate times without my knowledge & it was a week later that i found out thru the foster-parent i was told that in the state of Washington i'am to have 5 days notice from cps prior & a special meeting called together by all involved in the case { birth~mom,foster-parents, cps worker ,lawyers , supervisors, ect... } twice this was done in violation of my rights.
I recently found out that on my physc-eval that due to my long history of substance use i was a higher risk to relaspe, HELLO EVERY DAY I WAKE UP I COULD RELAPSE ITS WHAT I DO WITH THE TOOLS THAT I HAVE LEARNED & HOW I USE THEM.
When i was pregnant with my 11yr.old i put myself into treatment for drugs,i ended up staying in treatment for 13 months & completed all 3 of them. Iwas 5-6 months pregnant & my daughter was 8 months old when upon completeion i moved in to my own place with housing assistance, which i still have to this day i went from pulling nmyself off the streets to becoming a full pledgs mother. When my baby turned 1yr in June 4th I was working as a aircraft mechanic again thru the work-first program. In my baby's first 10yrs I worked 8 1/2 to 9 yrs, mind ya now i've stayed clean off all drugs that whole time ,in 2002 I gave birth again & in 2007 i gave birth to my son who is now after a whole year is finially with his sisters. My kids were 10-5-&4months i have never been away from my kids no lionger than5 days & that was so i could give birth to my son. CPS tends to not look @ any of the good i've done but @ only the bad & the bad that could happen. I do admit that i asked for help tom stop my drinking which i have succesfully done. It has been hard on all of my babies & it is the scariest thing i still wait to find myself waking up from this horrible dream. Again i say my rights have been violated many,many times by the state but still they seem to get away with it . wehat scares me is that everyone that ends up getting my kids in there fosterhome falls in love with my kids because they have never gone thru what some children have gone thru i did not want to have them go thru what i went thru as a child, they are well behaved & polite as i have raised them to be,& very loving again they ask how long befor we can go back home ?
It is truly sad why as many children that really need to be in foster care are not & the one's that have loving parents & good homes[ clean & sober homes ]are the one's that are subjected to being removed from good homes it is a broke system that really needs to be looked at .

We have a prof that CPS let our older child get Shot, And baptized, and hide these facts for 3 or 4 days. Court records well show that our religion was weird. Our middle child was accused of 3 sex assaults that never took place, and a mutilation of a rabbit that never happened, that got him prominently kicked out of 2 schools, and in his permanent record, and is now hard to enroll anywhere. If you are unable to help please give us a name of someone that can. We live in the state of Washington but we would accept help from within Washington or outside it.
