First Vita Plus has helped my mother who is suffering from arthritis and my friend who has had migraine and dysmenorrhea. The good thing about First Vita Plus is its unique component which is just vegetables (malunggay, dahon ng sili, saluyot, uray [kudyapa], talbos ng kamote). No need to explain more as to what these components are since we've been eating them since we were young. It is so convenient and hassle-free. I would encourage you guys who has had family members who are sick physically to try this product. It is really amazing!!
