Flagrant Fouls provides news, commentary, scouting, and fantasy advice throughout the world of basketball. We cover hoops at all levels, including an in depth look at prospects from when they first hit the national scene in grade 10 to the day they retire as multi-millionaires. We watch and evaluate players from the earliest point of their basketball development. We scout them in High School, follow them throughout the draft process as collegians, than project their output on the professional level.
