i was driving to a doctor apointment when on the road another van was trying to merge into my lane and hit the right side of my car it was clearly his fault and he did not turn his left signal before merging into my lane while i was already in that lane so he hit the right side of my car and damage the mirror and the door and paint. anyways he seemed a bit strange and was in hurry so was i. he said his wife was in labor so he was rushing to hospital still does not give him right to hit my car. anyways i do not have car insurance so i did not want to call cops cause i might get fine. so we exchanged numbers and he promised he would fix it and now everytime i try to call him he will not answer the phone. And thats the only way i have to contact him. i did not get license plate but i do remember the van and driver. What should i do?

Dear Sir/Madam,
We got Married 05/03/2002, and have a daughter born 09/07/2005. My wife and she’s family given me 498a/34 IPC, it’s not true case, believe me. My wife are engaged/Affair with a boy his house front of my house, all the matters are know every person in my village, and also they given me written about my character. When my wife goes outside form my house near about 18.6 vory gold and cash 1.20 lack Indian rupees taken. Not taken my daughter, daughter is now in my house. My wife doing the 498a case’s date 31/08/2009 and I arrest 06/09/2009, court give me bail at 19/09/2009 my 1st court date is 16/10/2009 done. Next court date is 04/01/2010 at Barashat court. Some proof has me about my wife and the boy that they are in illegal relation. Believe me I and my family love much more to my wife. They (My wife family) are very very poor and live in a bosti, my mother see 1st time and she arrange my marriage, Mother told me they are very poor so what? After marriage she is my family member, believe me not a single word is wrong. My wife, she’s family and the boy they are misusing this law. She want to marry to the boy..I take a lawyer and he told me I do a case about the matter his ph. No is: 033 30127001. I don’t know what happened next? Now I went to punishment the boy. If possible please help me.

My 17 year old daughter who I signed away parental rights 14 years ago because I was in an abusive relationship and didnt want her to go thru it and I had a mental breakdown and was placed in a psyciatric hospital for some time, wants to come home to be with me. I didnt know any other recourse at the time but to give her to her father, but now he wont give her back or allow mw to see her without us sneaking aroud to see each other. she has made it clear to him that she wants to come home to me, I am fully capiable of taking care of her I am now married to a wonderful man who in fact helped me get custody of my youngest daughter during all of this after I escaped the abuser. We live in Lansing, Michigan. My main question is can she at 17 can she legally come home to live with me without being called a run away? because this is what he has threatend her with.

My legal civil rights as a father was taken from me. I found out I had a child when she was 6months old through child support. I had a DNA test done to prove the child was mine. Test proved she was mine. I was never married to the mother. I started paying child support. I tried to see my little girl but the family kept me away. This is when I then learned that my child was taken from the mother for neglect and drug abuse by social services, and social services gave care giver rights to the great grandmother. Social services never contacted me as being this child���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s biological father in giving the great grandmother rights to my child. Social services knew I was the father and ignored my rights when the child was taken off the mother. I talk to social services and they said I had to have a home study to get my child. So wile I���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½m waiting on my home study to take place the great grandmother files for custody. The first court date I never received papers as the papers were sent to the wrong address. The second court date that I knew of I made sure to be there to contest the great grandmother getting custody and I let the judge know that papers were never sent to me at the right address. And that I wanted custody of my little girl. So the judge said for me to file custody papers that day and I did. At this time 6mounths has gone by with no home study from social services so the judge ordered a home study to be done. So finally after a year of fighting for my child the judge who does not find me to be unfit gives custody to this elderly disabled great grandmother who is taking care of her elderly disabled husband who can not care for his self at all, also she has custody of her 4year old great grandson who she is taking full time care of and living on disability . Story go���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s on more. The judge only said that because I had lost my job was the reason I lost custody. And because the child had spent more time with the great grandmother because social services took my rights away. I feel as if I had been striped from all civil rights as a father and I don���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½t know where to turn. I���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½m found not to be and unfit father but because I had lost my job I lose all rights . And to top it off I lose rights to some one who as no rights to my child! What can I do Please Help!!!!! Can I file an appeal and what are my rights? Do I have a civil case? I do not know my rights so this makes it hard for me.

my daughter is 1 years old she was at the babysitters house and her abusive father came one day after a year of not wanting her and took her out of town now wont let me talk to her or see her how do i get my daughter back he says he has full custody that he went to court without my knowledge is that possible ??? please help

My sister's ex-husband has custody of their two kids. While she pays child support, we've just discovered that they've been w/out power for 3 MONTHS. We contacted the Sheriffs office who sent someone out there. His exact words were, "If that man wasn't hold custody papers I'd tell you to come get your kids right now." Yet he did not file a report w/ DHR. Since no report was filed, DHR is unwilling to help (didn't even offer to send someone out there to check on them.) We filed a petition for protection and was denied. The house is unfit to live in even with power. What else can we do to get them out of there quickly? We are filing for custody and are also filing a contempt of court due to violation of visitation. He demands more money than court ordered in order for her to see her children

Hello Sir or Madam, My father who is a US citizen filed an I-130 for me back in 02/2002. we have a receipt #. However, when filed I am over 21 married. I came in the US via a B1/B2 visitor visa and overstayed since. My husband is in Trinidad where I was born and he is terminally ill. Recovery is not possible and he is bearly hanging on. We have been married for over 30 somthing years and its just killing me that I cant be there at his bedside and he continously calls out for me. Anyway i'm worried if I leave my application will be denied by USCIS because I was intially told not to leave the Us once the I-130 was filed. Will the case become abandoned if i leave. Also, My daughter is a US citizen can she help in any way. We have never received a letter except the receipt back in 2002.

Please HELP!!!!!

Hello,
My mother passed away in 2002 and left everything to me. I also have a brother who was not to receive anything. I have found out that I have some mineral rights in Texas, but whoever gave those rights to me has also included my brothers name. I have a copy of a probated will and it clearly states that he was not to receive anything. I am not trying to keep anything from...just follow through with my mother's wishes. My brother has a messed up life. Anyhow I was wondering how to go about getting his name off of the affidavit of heirship? The property that I have mineral rights to is located in Montague county Texas and I currently live in Tennessee. As I said earlier that my mother passed in 2002 and other family members and I only learned of our mineral rights in 2008...my mother never knew she had them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

we are tenets and we just had a oil company come to our house and put oil into the wrong tank we live on the 2nd floor and we have used this company many times in the past every time we have specified we are on the 2nd floor. the gas tank is labeled and the driver put the oil in the wrong tank before we even gave him the money. we just got off the phone with the company and they have told us that there is nothing they can do. i would like to know if there is anything we can do to get our money back? thank you

Hello,
I have a friend that is currently going through a legal matter in the state of California. He has been charged with residential burglay and posession of stolen property. He was caught inside some ones dwelling with nothing on him, but when detectives came to his house couple days later, they found a couple of stolen items from that house. Although he didn't take them and his friends did, the charges are all against him. Since he has no prior record and he has been cooperating with the detectives is there any chance for probabtion? He admitted to it in writing and has a attorney, but his attorney has not been saying much and hasn't given any kind of answer besides you have a 50 50 chance, he already had his arraignment and is out on OR and just wants this thing to be over with so he can enlist into the marine corps.

I purchased a vehicle a year ago at a dealership. Before I purchased the vehicle, I asked the salesman for a Carfax report. He said that it was a very good car and had nothing bad on it. I bought a Carfax report and it stated that there was an accident reported on the vehicle. I'm having issues with the vehicle at hand as well. Even after aligning the tires, it still shakes. Is this a voided contract or not?
