The freemacware site has become laugh. It used to be a great site for finding various free software available for the Macintosh. Lately they have been providing links to trialware - software with a limited use period before one has to buy. But yesterday one of their "Free" recommendations was bbedit, which is a great program but it is far from free.
I'm going to stop wasting my time with freemacware.com, or maybe better called bait-and-switch.com
