I recently had to put my 2 1/2 year old french bulldog to sleep! Be careful who you purchase your dog from we did Russia because he was a beautiful puppy, But little did we know that something was wrong with him!!
It started Monday the 26 of January, he was fine all morning went to walk him in the afternoon and he had a seziure a big one , which caused his palate to suffocate him, he was convulsing we brought him right to the vet he was foaming and loosing his bowels it was horrible to see my baby suffering. we got him to the vet they say the seziure caused his temp to rise to 108 which harmed his insides, we then tranferred him to the animal hospital at 8 pm monday night, he got a transfusion they tried everything his palate became lodged in his throat and he had a hard time breathing so the had to tube him the vet called us through out the night and she tried EVERYTHING, we went Tureday morning at 10:45 and he was put to sleep at 11:07 he was bleeding internally and his soft palate was what caused it ! So becareful who you buy from!! Make sure there are no hereditary issues whith the breeding line , we are very upset and missing him terribly!! if you would like to know who I bought from contact me at michelle1018@comcast.net !!
