I purchased a Toshiba satellite laptop from BestBuy(BadBuy).I purchased everything I needed and even got the extended warranty and the Geek squad. Ten weeks went buy and the keyboard started to concave, the hibernate command didn't work and the screen went totally black. I figured I was safe because of the extended warranty. I was wrong. BadBuy wanted an additional $100.00 from me to guaranty that none of my information would be lost. By the way, they now have my computer for 4 to 6 weeks without any loner. I thought that Toshiba would stand behind their product but after talking to the customer relations department, they couldn't care less. Ms. M said that there was nothing they could or would do. The fact is that I bought a lemon and apparently they must sell a lot of them because why else would there be such an outrageous wait?
