Gabi's World
http://www.gabis-world.blogspot.com
My name is Shannon, wife to Ryan, mother to Jeremy, Gabriella (Gabi), and Preston, and step-mom to Christopher and Anthony. My daughter, Gabi, was born with Trisomy 21 (also known as Down Syndrome) and Tetralogy of Fallot (a heart defect). Gabi had open heart surgery February 2, 2000 to correct this defect. Our site was created to keep friends and family up to date, and to provide a resource for those parents faced with a new diagnosis.
