My wife and l are in the process of buying a ruin to restore 20k from Lugo, our agent has been fantastic to date, slower than you would expect in the UK but thats why we want move there. His name is Mark Addkinson from Galician Country Homes, we would recommend him. You are right about prices they not dropping in Galicia we have been watching real estate for the last two and half years. We visit Galicia often through the year and it never stops impressing us, we cannot wait to move there early 2010 we hope. Now l have found your blog l hope to visit more often.
