Hey there

Author of the blog here -- thanks for the nice comments! No new posts because I shelved the project to finish my thesis (this was proving far too much fun and a fabulous procrastinating tool). I gave my boyfriend the login and password and told him to change it to something I didn't know (because I couldn't stop myself), and he's forgotten what he set it to, and no longer has access to the email address he changed it to, so... guess its lost forever :(

Fibromyalgia symptoms appeared with me 3 years ago. It had started with low back pain. Due to my fatigue I did not want to get up from bed. Pain in my thighs was something I had to get used to live with for the rest of my life. Pain relief pills worked only for a short time. My friend suggested using USA made all Natural Body & Joints Rejuvenation Crème made by Marina Kodi. I tried it and it did help me a lot. It became one of my necessity item to have. I use it in the morning and at bed time. I wish it will help you too
Best,
Jane

Hi, that was pretty cool and I am glad you shared it. My problem is the depression right now. I have cut off friends. I don't like talking on the phone. I don't to be around people period. Why? Because I don't feel like explaining why I don't feel well and I don't want to explain fibromyalgia. These are the statements that I have to deal with: I'm tired too and I still get up and do what I have to do. You just need to get up and get going. You don't look sick. You are always complaining. Oh, here was the last one that just burned my butt: Why do you let it consume you?
Finding a job is not in the cards either. I only qualify for jobs that require me to stand up for long hours or have me to do physical labor.
Well, that's the end of that. Currently, I am just sitting in my room sleeping for 2 to 3 days straight. I just don't feel like doing anything or dealing with anybody that is going to disappoint me.

True Story. Read this about a lady in California who was diagnosed 8 years ago with fibromyalgia and who went on a quest to conquer it and won! True story. Not a sales pitch.

I have been a sufferer of fibromyalgia, too and it had gotten so bad, I could barely walk or use my hands. I hadn't had a good night's sleep in ages and I was so depressed, but still had to go to work each day and wonder why I couldn't concentrate or remember things. It was beginning to affect my work.
Purely by accident, I discovered something that has taken away all of my pain, given me energy and I am now able to sleep, no depression, clear headed and focused and much more. I would love to be able to share this miracle with as many sufferers as possible because it is no way to live and it isn't necessary to have to live with it or accept it, as my FORMER doctor once told me I would have to do. Honestly, I think I saved my own life by not going to him any more. Visit my blog at regenerateyourlife.blogspot.com or email me at kmcdermott11@cox.net for more information.
I want everyone to feel this way. This isn't just for fibromyalgia, this is for anyone who wants to be the healthiest that they have ever been in their life. Your body is designed to heal itself. It just has to be properly cared for. Let me tell you how!!! This is not a gimmick. It is very very real!

After suffering for 15 years with the most devastatingly pain 24/7, always having to push myself thou the day being in a state of giving up and wanting to die, I started looking for eastern ways of dealing with my symtoms, actupunchor has really help me but it is expensive and I found some relief of my tiredness in a special cup of coffee called Organo Gold A Healthier Coffee it has a special Mushroom called Ganoderma Lucidum in it that has unique properties that contribute much to the strengthening of the immune system, a engery boost, Rich in antioxidants and Helps to eliminate body toxins Reduce Mental and Physical Fatigue, Improve the Body's Performance, Helps Promote Healthy Weight Loss Im not 100% better but Im getting my life back. I now have a hope of getting a social life again. I feel so good about this coffee I joined the company just so I could get it at wholesale cost and never be without it I'm glad I did find it, it has given me back so much that I'd lost in these last 15 years and I can smile now that I have less tiredness and pain I also sleep better.
