The waste situation in my country is a lingering catastrophe. Local, State and Federal Governments are at a loss on how to effective manage waste generated on a daily basis by the nation's citizenry. Added to the municipal waste crisis are the issues related to medical and electronic wastes which portend serious public health implication if not well managed. The time to act is now...someone help!
