RikaI salute your mission (as it is almost the same as ours) to help inform and save the world.
First I'd like to say that your layout is very crowded and a little confusing, especially with a site map that doesn't work. I appreciate your goal to save power by having a black layout, though. Smart idea.
As for the content, it was more for the heavy readers, and we all know how few of those are out there browsing the internet. I would suggest more lists and paragraphs that get to the point, and perhaps some more citations.
On the other hand, I found your site perfect for research on topics of Global Warming and I once again happily refer to your site when I need to understand a concept.

hi, i like your view cause i was in the department of measuring or knowing how much electricity is being utilized in the major govt. offices. i think and belive, electricity is also playing very important role in global warming.
i used to tell the officers or employees about less and efficient utilisation of resources and electricity equipment. they agreed too and the bill of the whole uilding also reduced by 2%. i feel proud about that for myself.
