Denny LyonTerrific blog! Your chopstick tutorial made me laugh, remembering cultural shock when our family moved from America to Taiwan when I was in high school. It wasn't long before I had embraced the awesome Chinese culture, chopsticks were fun and the locals were teaching me their food and culture.
Your blog is an excellent introduction to your country, giving people a wonderful flavor of who you are and what is available to travelers. You deserve a "5" for promoting your culture and your country in such a positive clearly communicated way!
