Hey did you ever have a Turkey fried. Well let me tell you, I bought a turkey fryer made by Bayou classic from ibuybarbeques com and everything I needed came in the kit. Easy hook up to my propane tank and the next day I attempted my first Turkey. Following some directions that came with the unit my Turkey was done in 48 minutes and let me tell you this was the juiciest most delicious turkey I have ever had in my life and I'm not that young. Need less to say I will be using this Fryer from know on and not just on Turkey. It came with a host of frying recommendations that I can't wait to try.
