HabagatCentral was derived from inspiration of traveling. Like the wind called “habagat,” it travels swiftly over the archipelago bringing much needed rainfall for replenishing the parched soil.
The blog has been created by the author in order to share his experiences of traveling in the Philippines and a guide for potential tourists, students, yuppies, burgis, alipin, liping manggagawa, akademisyan, urbanite, conyo, promdi, pulitiko, negosyante, foreigners and many more. At the same time, it acts as a commuters guide for those who needed some references in how to survive and enjoy the 7107 islands without the expense of renting a car.
