How come Former Pres. Estrada is eligible for election? If I remember right, one of the conditions for his pardon is that he won't run for any government position. So why is the government allowing him to file his COC. Isn't this a mockery of the Government that pardoned him. So whats the use of the conditions for his pardon if it is not followed?
