Allow me to be the first to post a comment! Nice site. interesting and vital topics. I subscribe to Nutrition Action (I am not affiliated in any way). This is a short newsletter and we use it a lot when deciding what foods to buy etc. Funny how once you reach 40 you really start paying attention to diet, health exercise etc!
