I am a 28 year old woman and I live in Bombay. I believe that being healthy does not mean punishing yourself. And a few years ago I met someone who agreed with me! So, I married him.

Now, five years and many recipe books later, we have our own list of favourites that have been perfected, mixed, matched, loved, re-vamped.

A few months ago we noticed that we were losing weight, looking leaner and were full of renewed energy. We decided to blog about it. And that's where Healthylivingindia.blogspot.com came from. We love living the good life, not skimping on food, drinks or late nights. But we also do some other things to find a balance. And that's what our blog is all about.
