Right from the morning till the end of the day we have to fulfill so many committments i.e., professional as well as family committments, which makes us Physically & mentaly exhausted. To remain physically fit & healthy is utmost important which requires physical exercise, taking balance diet,consuming good amount of water & sound sleep. Remember a healthy body will keep you active , enthusiastic , productive & will always keep you free from diseases thus a healthy body eventually lead to a healthy mind .

Go for a walk before breakfast or after dinner
Consume lot of water
Take the stairs instead of an elevator or escalator
Find an online fitness program and stick with it.
Never remain empty stomach
Avoid eating late at night.
Try to go to sleep early & have a sound sleep for atleast 6 to 8 hrs.
