Stacy JacksonI saw a comment rating this blog saying it was in the wrong category or something because of BBQ not being honey/soy flavors. I think it depends on your definition of barbecue. Barbecuing can mean "grilling" to some people. Barbecue is also different from region to region even within the united states. Carolina barbecue, for example is VERY different (kind of a vinegar/mustard base)from St. Louis or Texas barbecue, for example. I think readers that see Helen's barbecue recipes should keep those differences in mind.
Just my two cents. Helen's products are delicious, by the way.
Cindy - BayhoAll of your stuff sure does look exotic. I don't think I'm game enought to try any of it though. None of it looks like stuff you bbq any way i think you may have put your blog in the wrong section. Honey and Soy just doesn't sound like a good combo to me.
