Had a great experience with HL up to now, learning ropes good research but when it comes to it little tiddles like me we are just out of the game. Wanted to check if I had cash on account as just sold some some funds. Wanted to buy Barclays when they were down. No can do. Phone they say ...now where is that account number..oh on my site.
So plan you have to do for when the going gets good..you phone...what's the point on your on line account?....or is HL trying to save me from myself....after all we are in it for the long term?

Not happy.
