Scott MorganI think the lady above (Teri Angel) is confused. She posted a review on my blog (I am Scott Morgan), but her complaints are directed towards Bruce Steffler, another attorney. I do not know her and did not have any connection with the case she describes. I don't even handle CPS cases.

This man is the most unethical, unproffessional, dishonest, lawyer i ever met. They say 99% of lawyers are known as snakes. This one takes the cake.
He was supposed to be the attorney for my son in a custody battle. This man was friends with my ex's attorney. He went in on the case from day one, before he even met me, making jokes about how they would win the case in the hall before court.
He hid and covered up pertinent and damaging info about my ex. from the court. He hid a violent and dangerous criminal background with his ex, whom he was claiming to be with and was more stable for our child. He hid a violent background of my ex's with a minor. He hid the fact he lied to the atg. about his income. He hid the fact my ex was 4 months behind on child support and had never paid any out of pocket medical.
He never checked any of my references. He wouldnt meet with or talk to my attorney. He hid medical records of mine that proved i did not use drugs during my pregnancy, and helped the opposing counsel try to build a case on that. He lead the court to believe i used drugs given to me after the birth for 3 surgical procedures, for luxury. He ignored complaints from the cps state workers agains my ex. for anger and aggression issues. Instead he told his attorney to build a case against cps. AS IF. Lol.
He never asked my ex any questions in court, only me. He lead the court to believe i didnt work, i lived with my parents, and that they paid my bills or enabled me to use drugs. He pushed for the state to take my son and not give him to my mom based on those lies. All because they wouldnt give my son to his dad, my ex.
The state was paying him and he not only sent me a bill telling me i owed it for his time spent with my ex and his lawyer. He showed on that bill where he made me pay him 1000$ the first day of court and my ex. only 200$. He never even tried to hide his bias or any of his shenanegins. He was sick and totally outside the realm of what his job dictates. By law he is suppose to do for one what he does for another. In court he would offer my ex's attorney a soda and wouldnt even acknowledge mine or my family.
The swift kicker was i even know people who knew him. Had he bothered to read or check my references as he should have, instead of listening to bs from my ex and his ex wife from before me. He would have known that.
I won my case. Thank you father above for your amazing grace and power. No thanks to my sons conieving attorney and his friend Robert Khoem. Beware all of you. THis cost me thousands and time with my son. Cps got involved and fought for me tooth and nail. Now isnt that irronic... IF you ever are appointed this attorney , please beware. He is the devils advocate. Dont worry, i will make sure the bar knows...Feel free to get my info and contact me for any transcripts of proof you need, or even any questions...
