Improving Health for my Kids with Whole Foods

http://www.healthierkids.blogspot.com/

I have created this blog to keep account of things I find helpful in my children's nutrition which is specially important for my 3 year old son, who is developmentally delayed. It is a struggle to feed them whole foods when everybody around me eats the typical SAD diet. I want to improve their immune system in order to avoid more ear infections, and antibiotics.
