I would like to post a link to my blog on your blog, and vice-a-versa.
My name is Tim Leopold. I am what is referred to as a super tuner in the power industry. After 20 plus years in the controls industry I have written an easily understood and entertaining book that is based on conversations through the years explaining the various features of boiler controls.
In March and May of 2009, Power Magazine has seen fit to publish excerpts from my book. The book, entitled, ‘You can Tune a Boiler, But You Can’t Tune a Fish’, touches on the subjects of tuning, controls, logic, engineering ethics, and real world engineering practice and philosophy. It is available on Amazon.com. I believe that this book offers a fresh perspective on controls and engineering that may be worthwhile for anyone interested in the power industry.
