I just purchased the adspy pro and haven't been able to download it (yet). My point? I'm not a computer geek. I have no formal education in ecommerce or computers in general. I'm learning as I go and it's proving to be quite costly. 1 month ago I bought an affilliate online pharmacy site and I'm currently running 5 ppc ad campagns and a 1 year submittal program. So far I've had no sales. Should I be worried or patient?
