i dont know if anyone can help but i just found out that my father invested stock in a company called invesco financial industrial fund some 30 years ago before he died. the property is unclaimed through the state of VA website and they told me that it look like it might be stock. they will get back to me eventually but i was wondering if someone could tell me if this stock is gonna be worth anything all these years later. we haven't touched it cause we didn't even know it was there.

I do not know whether or not anyone here can help me but I am tryig to find the right site to post a blog to seek investors for a startup I am wishing to do in my hometown. Following the devastation brought on by Hurricane Katrina almost 4 years ago downtown Gulfport is coming back slowly but looking good. I have a project I have put together for a restaurant/piano bar which is severly needed for our downtown employees. Downtown has no real after 5 night life to draw people back into our city. Some additional restaurants are in planning. I have a complete business plan with projections. Local lenders are still skeptical regarding the economy. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if this would be the correct website, but I know a couple that has a gourmet sauce business. They have tried to find an investor for thier business for the longest time. They have a bottler, distributors, major grocery chains, and NASCAR waiting on them. If these sauces were to be entered into any sort of competition, they would run away with the top prize with NO trouble. They are the most incredible sauces I have ever tasted, and they have created around 20 different ones.
Where on Earth can these people find an investor? It would be a great loss to the entire world for these sauces to not hit the markets.
I think thier biggest problem has been not knowing where to look (for an investor). If I had the money, I would be all over this. The stock market is the biggest joke in America, and this sauce company would be a sure thing, for any true investor with any sense.
