Italian Cooking

http://italian-cooking.bottos.id.au/

Italian Food is a very special part of my life. Its something that unites us as a family. I am by no means an expert cook. I usually prepare food once or twice a week. I’ve set up this blog to document some of my successes (and flops) and hopefully get some input or idea from others. I feel that cooking is something that should be done by ‘feel’ and no so much from a strict recipe.
