No, it’s not a zoo. The snakes are everywhere and not kept in any enclosures. One glance at the triangular head, you know they are venomous snakes. Those are pit vipers. Wagler’s pit vipers. So where on earth is this place? You are now o...

World Aids Day, December 1
Today in your spare time, remember all of those lives lost to HIV and AIDS. You can make a difference in the global fight against HIV and AIDS. World AIDS Day isn't just about one day. With infection rates continuing to rise globally there is a great deal still to do, so get involved.
HIV is one of the biggest social, economic and health challenges in the world. It is a global emergency claiming over 8,000 lives every day. In fact 5 people die of AIDS every minute.
Young people (under 25 years old) account for half of all new HIV infections worldwide - around 6,000 become infected with HIV every day.
During 2007 more than two and a half million adults and children became infected with HIV. By the end of the year, an estimated 33 million people worldwide were living with HIV/AIDS. The year also saw two million deaths from AIDS, despite recent improvements in access to antiretroviral treatment.
Despite best efforts from governments, non-profit organizations and healthcare practitioners around the world, HIV and AIDS is still having huge global impact.
More than 25 million people have died of AIDS since 1981.

James WeiGreat site and I enjoy your blog!
AswaniGreat blog !!
SK WONGNice blog and Greta photographic. It would be better without people with scenery photo. Try to notice little detail in taking the photo like finger pointing in the icy mountain, tunnel, the yellow robe in the Mt Tiltis, The bold headed, is it a bold headed man, in the gigantic ice cave, the man in the tunnel etc, sometime you need to waict a little longer to take the photos and adjust your angle little big. All this small detail sometime spoil a great photo.
Hope you don't mind me pointing out all this. I like photography too and it is much better than taking video as it capture the very moment.
