Jam and Clotted Cream

Jam and Clotted Cream

http://jamandclottedcream.blogspot.com

Cornwall... home of the pasty, mead, saffron cake, figgy obbin, the famous clotted cream (which, by the way should be served on top of the jam!) and also me, a Wife, Mother and (almost) Chartered Planning Officer in search of culinary perfection - well perhaps not perfection (bearing in mind my temperamental oven) but somewhere close to it! Jam and Clotted cream is a mix of recipes, (successes and disasters!), food related travel and photography but most importantly showcasing Cornish ingredients and recipes (as well as my mother-in-laws cakes!).
