Japanese JLPT 2kyu word of the day

Many students of Japanese aim to learn ‘one word a day’.
The basic concept of this blog is to:
* publish one short post every day about my life as a salaryman, parent, student of Japanese and regular 30-something living in Japan
* pick out a relevant new Japanese word to summarise the story and use as the post title. The level of Japanese will be around 2-kyu level, though I may throw in some beginner words when I feel like it.
It is a very loose and easy way to pick up new words without it feeling like reading a textbook. If you are studying for 2-kyu, or just looking to pick up vocabulary in a casual way.
