Thanks to DARPA and Tim Berners-Lee, we have this little tool for information-sharing and social interaction that Vannevar Bush predicted in 1945 and dubbed the “memex”. We just call it the web. As to why I would use such an incredible force to bring you this humble site, JLG365.COM, though I admit I am not much of a writer, I think Andrew Sullivan said it best:
“Words, of all sorts, have never seemed so now.”
