It seems that the urge to post has faded for the time being. Maybe the bombardment of stupidity, corruption, and arrogance from the current administration has overloaded my circuits. I might be back. I might not. Here's hoping that some semblance of...

Is terrorism only in the mind of the beholder? ..or of the press? If you don't live in Texas, chances are you're not aware of William Krar. You may not know that an FBI raid on his property in April 2003 netted more than 500,000 rounds of ammunition...

WOW! Have you written to your senator? Or to the White House? They may not respond or help in any way, but they need to hear from everyone with something to say as important as this.

How can First Lady Bush justify using taxpayers money to promote health and education in the Middle East when we in Calif. have the worst Education System in the U.S.? I have a daughter who is a teacher in a public school in Calif. and she can't afford to feed her children, she often goes without food herself so they can eat, she also goes without medical care because her school does not have health ins. I have a fatal disease and I won't buy my meds. so I can help her and my grandchildren. I'm NOT asking for money, I have an HMO, I want the Calif. School System to improve and become as important as the rest of the U.S., I don't want my daughter and grandchildren to move to another country so she can afford to be a teacher. So, I ask again, how can Mrs. Bush justify her trip to the Mid-East on taxpayers money?

Lightseven,

I came across the Karmic Soup name in the quote used at the top of my blog. Sorry for the overlap, but this is the first time I have become aware of your site. I'm pretty sure I Googled the name back when I started my blog in 2002 and don't recall seeing your connection at that time.

Oh, well... Nothing new under the sun...

Hey,

Interesting name for your blog. I have the Karmic Soup website at www.cafepress.com/karmicsoup and I had this name for a column I used to write for a South Florida magazine in the late 1980's that I called, KARMIC SOUP ~ Mental Floss.

So how did you come about using this name?

Me- the First Karmic Soup
