Kathy Condon is out and about in the world and uses experience from her speaking, training and writing adventures to illustrate her points. She applies what she learns and tells "why" she believes certain tools work in the business world. She believes a person needs to be authentic in her actions and work toward helping the person in front of you feel like they are significant or important. Ask them questions to develop real communication. Then listen to the answer. Simple tools, simple ideas that are often forgotten.
