39 Cent of land is available for sale in Karoor, near Karoor Church, Just 4km far from Chalakudy Railway Station. The biggest advantage of this location is immediate and easy access to both chalakudy and Irinjalakuda Railway Station, Chaladudy Town, and Aloor. The vicinity of the plot is just above the road level, so sand can be taken for sale purposes. The land is suitable for partition into 4-5 plots and concreted road exists throught he front side of the plot. This plot is apt for those who loves to live calm and quiet life just away, but easy access to Towhship. Chalakudy is going to be a HOT location because new INFOPARK will start functioning this November in Koratty, just 5km away from Chalakudy town. Please contact if anyone interested. o Rising interest rates have yet to cool white-hot real estate prices. Perhaps that’s why the concept of virtual home ownership has captured the imagination of a growing number of online gamers, who are plunking down real cash for their own slice of the digital frontier.
Buying and selling virtual real estate is done with real money and can put real profits into your pocket. Virtual City is a prosperous place and there are a great number of places the virtual citizens like to live. Many of our citizens choose to live in apartments complexes and this makes for great investment opportunities for you. Our city operates on ‘real-time’ but a single day can account for years of Virtual City time — so things move fast. The real estate market here changes quickly. Some apartment complexes are gaining in popularity are others falling so tenants tend to change with the trend. To make real money profit simplify purchasing one of these fine apartments that tenants are flocking to move into, or that the popularity of the apartment improves, its living conditions, or any other of our economic variables. Buying low and selling high is the key to success! Our city is purely a peer to peer system so you are competing only with other online players! http://www.playvirtualcity.com

This blog is nice and is providing ver usefull information,we have the pleasure to post a comment on this usefull blog created by the webmaster

Astrology is the study and mapping of celestial planetary bodies on a given date, time and place for the purpose of determining their influence upon human events. Once the positions of the Moon, Sun, and the planets has been determined the cosmic forces emanating from these celestial bodies can be correlated and a Horoscopecan then be drawn and interpreted for an individual.
The individual is identified by their astrology birth chart and their astrological sign of the zodiac constellations

Reciprocal link is a text and/or banner link to a site that, somewhere in its pages, carries a similar text/banner link to your own site.

Reciprocal link is a commitment. This link basically says "The site at the other end of this link feels that my site is important enough to link to, and I feel that their site is important enough that I am willing to let visitors leave my site via this link." Reciprocal link involves an element of trust. So please be honest in our reciprocal link exchange.

Hi,

I would like to highlight here the same kind of real estate bubble which has been growing in and around Guruvayur for the past 2 years.

Guruvayur famous for Lord Krishna temple. Except for that, as Gary in his blog has mentioned a few good points which are highly useful to judge the potential of the land as a real estate.

Except for the temple, Guruvayur does not have

1. Extensive industrialization
2. Extensive employment opportunities.
3. People relocate due to better employment opportunities
4. Good educational institutions
5. Good town planning
6. Good governance.
7. People friendly

However, the real estate prices are skyrocketing on the basis of evil nexus between BANKS-REALestate Builders.
These 2 entitis are unnecessarily creating artificial hype.

Because of the evil nexus, the common man is suffering and is forced to shell out huge amount of money in the range of 15--20 lakhs even for a small 1 BHK.

In other way, the cost of the apartments in and around Guruvayur are equivalent to the cost of the same in Mumbai and Delhi.

My idea is to do something that will break the evil Bank--Builder nexus which helps in bringing down the real estate rates that a common man can afford.

Kannurites, there is absolutely no reason for the property prices to rise in Kannur.

Think logically, what is the reason for the recent price rice.

You will surely land up with only one reason that the go ahead of airport at Murkhan parambu. You will not be able to find any other concrete reason.

The government says that it will help increase the textile exporters in the region.
Well, people are aware that the textile mill in Ludhyana and Thiripur which has the largest export of textile are running under heavy loss and this has resulted in the closure of the textile mill and the situation will be no different in Kannur.

That has nothing to do with rise in property prices.

The government is promoting the airport at Murkhanparabu for NRIs who live / visit Malabar.

Guys you need to be more aware that as per the 2020 Master plan the Gov of India has planned to have an Airport in every district in the country. Just an airport in the area will not change the city in any way.

The property prices will rise when:

1. Extensive industrialization
2. Extensive employment opportunities.
3. People relocate due to better employment opportunities
4. Good educational institutions
5. Good town planning
6. Good governance.
7. People friendly

These will be the base of any city that has grown in any part of the world.

Cochin has various industries which supported the above points and that is why the city flourished.

Kannur lacks in all the above points.

Why will any industry invest in Kannur which is prone to lock outs every week?

Why should any one look at buying a property in Kannur where there is no employment opportunity?

Hence, my conclusion is that the property price rise in Kannur is bubble that has already burst. If you get a good deal now, I would suggest that you must think logically and decide to book the profit as on date or take your chance and wait to see if this article is right or worng.

Thank you guys!! Have a happy purchase / sale of property at Kannur, !!
