I spent some time exploring Keyword Country as it does appear to be comprehensive and decided that I would take advantage of their free trial report. There are many key word sites out there and before spending money, I would like to see what I am paying for- so the free trial was ideal. I entered my key word, name and email address to have the link sent to me for my free report. The report never arrived, it didn't end up in junk mail- it was never sent. So, I took advantage of their live chat support tool and spoke with someone named "Steve" who encouraged me to attempt the free trial in a different browser. So, I opened Firefox, pulled up their site and attempted my free trial. The response I received was that my free trial had been used. I informed Steve of this and his response was to instruct me to then pay for the service and he was kind enough to give me the link to the buy now page. I could not help but think the "free trial" was a gimmick- otherwise, why wouldn't Steve have offered to email my free report? If this is the type of customer service that is offered, then I would be worried about spending money, needing help, and being left out in the cold. Maybe they do have a great product- but you are really only as good as the service you provide and this makes Keyword Country a not so friendly country.

That was a technical glitch that creeped up (either in our servers or your email client) for a few hours I suppose. Technical Glitches DO NOT represent the ethics of a company at all.
