This blog is strictly to get the word out to the people about the Kimkins diet website and it’s owner and founder Kimmer(Heidi Diaz).

As a RN, it is my duty and mission to be an advocate for people’s rights when it comes to their health. Not only is this diet dangerous to your physical and psychological health. It is also a fraud and a scam.

I refuse to sit idly by while someone makes a mockery of people’s insecurities when it comes to their weight. Kimmer preys on people who are most vulnerable.
