I am considering making my own organic flours with a wheat mill or grinder. The best I have seen so far is the Country Living Grain Mill. I Found it on www.GrindWheat.com. Are there any others out there that are comparable?

I doubt it.

Very nice site,
I totaly agree with "food as a medicine".As our body depends on nutrients from food to grow and maintain healthy.I personaly beleive in natural food ,supplement-(not synthesisbur organic) are very important for us.

Hi Emily. I have not tried ChefMD recipes yet, but I will definitely check it out today. Maybe I can feature a few on the site, especially disease specific recipes. Thank you!

I'm interested in what they say about "Food as Medicine" because I am a believer that we can feel great, stay happy, and be healthy all because of what we eat. Eating well puts a positive effect on your mind and body. I also think some foods can prevent and even cure some diseases and health issues.

Thanks for your comment!

I was wondering if you have ever heard of or tried any of recipes by ChefMD. He is a doctor that is a chef and makes disease specific recipes. I tried one of his shrimp recipes, and it was awsome. Just wanted to know your thoughts on his "Food as Medicine" theory.
