Lean Sigma Supply Chain
http://www.resourcesystemsconsulting.com/blog…
Lean Sigma Supply Chain blog is about sharing my thoughts and observations from over 25 years experience in the supply chain technology industry serving as as a consultant, and executive. After working with Ford, Pfizer, Ensign-Bickford, in 1997 I founded Resource Systems Group, a think tank for Lean Enterprise professionals. In early 2004 I took a couple year full-time assignment to turn around a supply chain for a division of United Technologies. With a supply chain budget of $30 million I was able to cut cost of goods by $5.8 million in less than 18 months. My passion is working with business leaders who have the vision to make great companies even better.
