Brett KintzerI recently purchased a NORA LIGHTING low voltage transformer that was faulty. After four emails explaining the product and the problem they tried to tell me to contact the distributor for a return. In my first email I explained to them that the distributor told me to contact them, since it was the manufacturers responsibility to honor any type of warranty. That makes sense to me. Like I said four emails later nothing has been done. DO NOT BUY FROM NORA LIGHTING!!! Faulty products and no customer service. Spend a little extra for a Quality product!

I recently purchased a Portfolio halogen light fixture for my ceiling, model # 262755. The fixture comes with six 50 watt bulbs. My question is, does the fixture or do the bulbs have transformers built into them to lower the wattage in the bulbs to 12 watts. There is no indication on the box as to whether that is the case or not.
The listing on the box says 120v 50w + C. Is it possible that the C is the indication for converter / transformer in the bulb?
