I am a bride and I ordered 100 yard ribbon for my favors with my fiance's name and mine with our wedding date which will be September 2009. I ordered the ribbon in June and when it came in the mail, I just looked at it and left it until I was going to work on the favors. It is August and I was trying to use the ribbon to realize the INK the ribbon was written on had started coming off the second we touched it or tried to tie it. Mind you, the ribbon was not cheap, it cost us about $109 for a 100 yard ribbon. I then emailed and called them and finally they got back to us and basically told us they can not refund ANYTHING, not a full refund nor half refund. The man (manager) was very rude and not helpful at all. I offered to send the ribbon back to him so they can see we did not actually use it but he was NO help! We then told him we were going to post online how bad the quality of the ribbon was and how horrible customer service is and he said "ok". So please, if you want good quality items, do NOT shop at www.littlethingsfavors.com
