Yep, another blogger talking about her mundane life and thoughts that I think are spectacular.
Well, I started this blog because I have thoughts that run rampant that often scream to get out. Writing, even rambling on paper helps to express the random thoughts I have throughout the day. I do not think that I am a great writer, I know for a fact I could be a lot better.
Of course, I also try to embrace the inner Carrie Bradshaw in me as I write, I am an avid Sex in the City fanatic. Additionally, I selected the "alter ego" namesake because I often feel that no one really knows ME. They have a perception of the person they think I am and when bits and pieces of the REAL ME escape, they don't know how to relate. It's a lot easier to voice the thoughts and questions into cyberspace than to hold discussions with my peers at times.
If people really knew ME, they'd realize that I only pretend to be cool, I'm deathly afraid of appearing weak and unintelligent, that I'm not as confident as I pretend to be, even when I'm joking I am usually telling the truth, and I wear my heart on my sleeve. Crazy thing is, I find it more comforting to put my thoughts into cyberspace than to share them with those around me. Thus, the start start of the chapters of my life on the internet...
