hello, i am interested on the rpoperties listed and understand the procedures and requirements, iwhat i don't understand is why is there no assistance in acuiring the property? will we have the authority to claim the property once awarded from the people residing? can we ask the assistance of police?

to pag-ibig admin,

i am very much interested in buying a property with pag-ibig plans... in fact ive started processing a couple of years ago... paid the 2yrs lump sum for membership... had SPA with my sister...but until now i dont have a positive response with my application for a housing plan. what suggestions can u give me to expedite my plans? im coming home for a month vacation this october... can i just choose from ur list here and reserve it till i get home for proper application again in ur office? whom should i look for when i get there. i dont stay long in davao, that is why i want to expedite my moves when i get. hope u understand.

hi!i saw your blog site and we are interested in buying an asset somewhere in buhangin. i want to know if the price you have posted arel the actual price of the properties available. what are the document needed and can you give me a sample computation if you have a re-aquired asset in emily homes. i wanna know how much will be the equity and will be the property be ready for use.
