Marchelline: Adventures in the High Kingdom
http://eleanorbarton.wordpress.com
This blog is devoted to my writings on the High Kingdom, an imaginary land in which my novels are set. Many of the entries are written as historic explorations of these lands, complete with native myths, and occasionally drawings. Chapters and excerpts of my novels are thrown in as well. I also tend to use the blog as a way of working out issues, or discussing things in my life.

Riese! (or, “another awesome thing I have no time for”)
I’v just discovered this webseries, and I have to share. A sci-fi/fantasy** series that appears to have elements of steampunk, it just started airing on Nov. 2, so we’re only one episode in. The costumes look amazing, and the score so...
The Robber Clans of Duryim
As a bit of a break between chapters, I thought it might be nice to visit Duryim for a bit. Mar and Gael will get there eventually…. ————— photo by Jerzy Strzelecki, GNU free documentation Near Lake Mend, Duryim be...
