I am a current resident of One Miami - by far the worst association one can ask for. I live on the UPH level of the building and hear nothing but banging on my walls from the elevator every day allowing for me to have zero hours of sleep. The association has not done anything about the problem - so much for a luxury high-rise... more like a budget cut wana-be building that i suggest no one to even consider living in.
