These are some of the tried and tested recipes put up here..most of them don't have a name to them as they are a mix of two or three recipes, which are born when i run out of ingredients :)...don't worry..i've put in only the ones which have come out well,inspite of the experimenting(like i said.."tried and tested") A word of caution-some of the measures given need not be accurate, as i go by "gut feel" & flavour and keep adding a lil more of this or that based on how the recipe is shaping up.
